TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF?

I am Mustapha Oluseyi Olamide Mrs by name. Popularly known as Seyi Musty. from Isua Akoko South/East L/G in Ondo State.
A graduate of Lagos State University, Business Administration. I’m an Artist., Actor and a Producer.

HOW WAS GROWING UP LIKE FOR YOU?

My growing up was sweet and somehow bitter. From a family of seven, Tho I lost my dad at a very tender age. But Iya ni iyami, she took care of the five children all by herself, and today by the grace of God we’re all giving praises to heavenly Father.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES?

I love watching movie’s promo’s and documentaries (smiles) it’s funny right? I love reading.

WHAT INSPIRED YOU INTO ACTING?

I was inspired by my colleagues at work. They found every of my words and actions very funny. And I was advice to join film makers, So i gave it a thaught and later joined my boss Alhaji Taiwo Hassan Ogogo and Alhaji Yinka Quadri way back 2003. that was how the whole acting journey started.

HOW MANY MOVIES HAVE YOU FEATURED IN?

I have featured in many movies some which I can’t even remember again but there re some that I just cant get there names off my head e.g ETA NU, IRETI O SEYITAN, IBEERE, OLOJU MEJI, OMO ENI LOLA... just to mention but few.

HAVE YOU PRODUCED ANY?

Yes! With the grace of GOD! I produced PARAMOLE in 2012, BABA MI KO/OYALOMO in 2013, AGBARA ORO (series) 2014, IRIN AJO(series)in conjunction with Aylite Production, will be out soon on your TV, MUSTY and VOICE are in studio for editing(Post Production Stage).

WHAT PROJECT ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON?
Presently am working on an epic Yoruba movie titled EBURE.

WHEN WAS YOUR LOWEST MOMENT IN YOUR CAREER AS AN ACTRESS?
Sometimes when you are in love with what you do even the saddest day will turned out to be one of d funniest day you ve ever had. There was a day I was called for a production, I got there as earlier as I could and I waited till night but they did not shot my scene…. (Smiles) very funny tho. Which they later asked me to go home and come back d next day, the following day I returned to the location again and waiting continues. You won’t believe they did not still shot my scene. So I guess the co- ordinator doesn’t know how to asked me to come back again, so he pleaded and explained that my role has been removed from the story. The thing pain me sha…but wetin person go do(smiles).

WHO IS YOUR ROLE MODEL IN NOLLYWOOD?

Honestly, before now I used to say I don’t have a role model since the death of ADEBIMPE ADEKOLA a.k.a Ireti but lately I ve not been able to chose from many actors that have been impressing me so much with their prolific performances but trust me…am choosing my roll model soon. (Smile)

THERE’S A LOT OF COMPETITION IN THE INDUSTRY HOW DO YOU INTEND TO FIND YOUR PLACE IN THE INDUSTRY?

Everyone have his or her own reason for coming into the movie industry, since am not here for any competition and I’m competing with no one. I set goals before me of which with the grace of God am gradually achieving them one by one.

WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH ESTABLISHED ACTRESS?

The adage says goat love to mingle with sheep, it was the sheep that created an isolation. But to the by best of my ability I’m keeping kool with any reasonable colleague.

WHAT DOES LOVE MEANS TO YOU?

Love! Love is God! When you love, you give it all.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO TELL YOUR FANS?

My fans are my back bone! Despite the challenges and a million & one reason to go back, My fans has been so supportive and encouraging. I promise u all my fans that I will not disappoint you in any way. I promise

WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN THE NEXT FIVE YEAR?

In the next five years if God liveth and his mercy endureth forever, my name shall become the household name to the entire world.

WHAT IS YOUR UNIQUE SELLING POINT?

What I believes to be my unique selling point is my voice, my Gesticulation during delivery, retentive memory and humility to my bosses and collegues in terms of career as an actor. but my selling point physically to my boo is my boobs(smiles).

YOUR ADVISE FOR THE UPCOMING ONES?

My advise to the upcoming ones is “hard work, consistence and focus”. No one is going to make you a star but yourself and your hard work. Be respectful to the ones u meet there because some are coming under you and you will want their respect too. BE HUMBLE!
