DUROJAYE ONIKELE is a story about a young lady Durojaye whose parent suffered the issue of many predestined to death children just because of a sacrifice made by Durojaye’s grand father to ease the land of Araromi when it was in a terrible crises years back, until the 9th child which God decided to show mercy and granted long life. No man want to marry Durojaye because of the ‘kele’ she wears her neck right from when she was born until she met Adisa who did not see anything wrong with her and decided to love her genuinely. . As faith will ve it she was caught by deity(Oro) on a terrible night while she was coming from her fiance’s place at d neighbouring village, and she was sacrificed to d gods without listening to all the pleads from her aged parent. Then her spirit begin to strike for revenge. Behold, the village of Araromi will never forget Durojaye onikele because ‘araromi'(I’m at peace) village turned to ‘aranimi'(I’m in pain).
